Return Policy

Returns conditions

• Customers may return items for refund, store credit or exchange within 60 days from the order date.
• Send a return request to support@ro3.shop to get a free return label.
• The products must be in salable condition to be eligible for return or refund, store credit or exchange.
• The garment must be:
• Unworn
• Still in its original packaging
• Unlaundered
• Has its original tags
• Return fees:
• For refunds: A $5 flat fee is applied for shipping and processing.
• For store credit: We provide a free return label.
• For exchange: We provide a free return label.
• Our return labels do not cover international returns. To use our return labels, your return items must be sent from the United States.

• If your order was incorrectly shipped or has damaged items, please email support@ro3.shop. 
• Please allow 14 days for us to process your return or exchange request.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.
